Before work starts
If payment was made but production has not started, you may request cancellation. Any approved refund may exclude payment processing fees, urgent reservation fees, or time already spent on consultation and scope preparation.

3D modeling, rendering, animation, WebGL, and app work require planning, artist time, and technical setup. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are reviewed.
After production starts
Once modeling, rendering, animation, WebGL setup, design, or development has started, full refunds are generally not available because studio time has already been allocated. Partial refunds may be reviewed case by case.
Revisions instead of refunds
- If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we prioritize correction within the agreed scope.
- Revision rounds and limits are defined in the quotation or project agreement.
- New ideas, extra views, new animation length, or changed scope may require an additional quote.
Rush projects
Urgent projects may include a priority fee because studio time is reserved quickly. Rush fees and same-day or short-deadline deposits may be non-refundable once the reserved time begins.
When a refund may be considered
A refund or credit may be considered if Merazona cannot deliver an agreed core item, if the project is cancelled before meaningful production starts, or if both sides agree to close the project early. Each case is reviewed according to the written scope, delivered work, time spent, and payments made.
Custom 3D work should not promise unlimited refunds. A clear scope and revision process protects both the client and the studio.
