Confidential by default
- We treat client files, product references, and project ideas as confidential project material.
- We only use your files to estimate, produce, review, and deliver the agreed work.
- If external help is needed, we avoid sharing sensitive files unless it is necessary and agreed.
Portfolio use
We do not publish confidential projects, unreleased products, CAD screenshots, or final visuals in our portfolio without your permission. If the project is public or you approve publication, we may show selected visuals as studio work.
Storage and access
- Project files are handled only by people involved in the project workflow.
- We use practical access control and avoid unnecessary duplication of sensitive material.
- Files submitted through Start a project are stored outside the public web folder, with file-count, extension, and size limits applied during intake.
- You should avoid sending passwords, private keys, or unrelated confidential documents.
NDA option
For sensitive industrial products, unreleased designs, or investor material, you may request a non-disclosure agreement before sending files. Merazona can review reasonable NDA terms before starting the project.
Client responsibility
You confirm that you have the right to share the files, references, logos, and product information you send to Merazona. If third-party assets are included, licensing or usage rights should be clarified before production.
