Project Terms
These terms explain how Merazona prepares estimates, manages revisions, handles deliverables, and confirms the scope of a custom visual or technical project.
If the client requests extra products, additional views, new animation scenes, different formats, new UI screens, or technical changes not included in the confirmed scope, Merazona may update the price and timeline.
Final deliverables may include images, videos, web assets, viewer files, or app builds depending on the agreement. Editable source files such as Blender, 3ds Max, project files, CAD cleanup files, or code repositories are not automatically included unless specified in the quotation.
The client is responsible for providing accurate product references, dimensions, logos, brand guidelines, CAD files, and approvals. Delays in materials or feedback may extend the timeline.
Commercial usage rights are defined by the project agreement. Merazona may retain internal working methods, reusable technical systems, and non-client-specific tools unless agreed otherwise.
By approving a quotation or starting a paid project, the client agrees to the confirmed scope, revision terms, delivery schedule, and payment terms. Any special procurement or legal terms should be shared before the project starts.
